What We Customize

Beyond our standard HVAC bracket range, we run OEM and ODM programs for buyers who need non-standard parts — or parts that have nothing to do with air conditioning at all.

If your part is cut, bent, punched or welded from sheet metal, there is a good chance we can make it. Send us a drawing, a sample, or even a sketch with the key dimensions — our engineers will tell you honestly whether it fits our lines, and what it will cost.

📐

Non-Standard Parts

Brackets, plates, clamps and fittings made to your drawings or samples. Modified hole patterns, extra bends and special cut-outs are routine work for our tooling shop.

⚒

Modified Dimensions

Same product, different size. Longer arms, wider bases, thicker steel, custom heights. Where possible we adjust existing tooling to keep your tooling cost down.

🏭

Cross-Industry Stampings

Our presses work for more than HVAC. We also produce stampings for furniture, electrical enclosures, construction and general hardware — send us the part and we will evaluate it.

From Drawing to Delivery

A clear six-step workflow — you always know which stage your project is at.

1

Send Your RFQ

Drawings (PDF, DWG or STEP), a photo of a sample, or a sketch with key dimensions. Tell us the material, finish and estimated quantity.

2

Engineering Review

Our engineers check manufacturability and flag anything that drives cost up — tight tolerances, deep draws, unnecessary operations — and suggest workable alternatives.

3

Quotation

A clear quote covering tooling (if needed), quantity tiers, sample lead time and production lead time. No vague figures.

4

Tooling & Sampling

We build the die and produce first samples for your approval. Sample fees may apply; details are confirmed with your quotation, and ship in 7–15 days.

5

Mass Production

After sample approval, production runs on our in-house automatic lines, with in-process dimensional checks every two hours.

6

Inspection & Shipment

Final inspection, export packaging and full shipping documentation. Third-party inspection before loading is always welcome.

How we control quality during production: see our QA & Capacity page.

Materials & Finishes

Common choices below — if your spec calls for something else, ask.

Materials

MaterialTypical use
Galvanized steelStandard brackets and mounts for indoor and general outdoor use
Hot-dip galvanized steelOutdoor and coastal installations needing heavier corrosion protection
Stainless steel (201 / 304)High-corrosion environments and hygiene-sensitive applications
AluminumLightweight mounts and covers where weight matters

Finishes

FinishNotes
Powder coatingColor-matched to your RAL code on request
Hot-dip galvanizingHandled by qualified partner galvanizers under our QC protocol
Zinc platingBright or blue-white finish for indoor hardware
Dacromet coatingUsed on our fasteners for superior corrosion resistance

What to Include in Your RFQ

The more of this you send, the faster and firmer our quote. Missing something? Send what you have — we will fill the gaps together.

✓

Drawings or a sample

2D / 3D files (PDF, DWG, STEP) are ideal; a physical sample or clear photos with dimensions also work.

✓

Material & thickness

Or simply tell us the application and load requirement — we will recommend a spec.

✓

Surface finish

Powder coating color, galvanizing, plating — plus any salt-spray hours your market expects.

✓

Quantity

Estimated quantity per order and per year. It decides whether dedicated tooling pays off for you.

✓

Critical tolerances

Tell us which dimensions are critical. Standard production holds ±0.5 mm on critical dimensions, checked by CMM.

✓

Destination & terms

Your port and preferred incoterm — we ship FOB Ningbo by default and can quote other terms.

⏰

How long does quotation take?

Standard products: 24 hours. Custom products: 48 hours. Complex custom designs: 3–5 days.

💵

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C available for long-term partners.

🏭

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, factory visits are welcome — contact us to schedule a tour. A video call walk-through of the line works too.

📄

Do you provide quality documentation?

Yes — material certificates, inspection reports and test certificates ship with every order.

Every custom project starts with a drawing or a sample.

Send yours today — you will get an honest engineering review and a clear quotation, not a sales pitch.
